Providing infrastructure, financial and training measures to meet the current and forecast needs of all industrial sectors with respect to the use of technology.
  • Industry R&D Initiative: Funding will provide for up to 50% of costs incurred on approved company-led R & D projects.
  • Industry / Third Level Co-operation: This includes support for technology transfer, technology audits, services provided through Forbairt and campus-based technology centres and the PATs.
  • Human Resource Development.
  • Research Support Fund: To encourage third-level research.
